This is a project that I’ve done in 2019. The client is a friend who wants a modern, contemporary resident. This three-story house design, prioritizing natural ventilation, included many strategically placed windows that welcomed warm tropical sunlight while ensuring excellent air circulation for everyone to enjoy the gentle tropical breezes.
The semi-basement is a service area that has direct access from the front yard. The house’s interior was carefully crafted to be functional and aesthetically pleasing. The main room on the main floor would be the dining room with an island as the pantry, for they always love to cook. Upstairs, a balcony was designed for them to enjoy the sunset of Rawapening Lake.
