This is the renovation that I did in Klaten, Central Java. The client wants to add a second floor and a makeover on the front side of his house. The existing ground floor consists of a carport, a guest room, and a bedroom. He wanted to add two more rooms, a living room, a small pantry, and a bathroom upstairs with a touch of industrial contemporary style. That’s why I chose to expose the wall with bricks and design the stairs and the living room cupboard from metal and wood.
Another thing that I want to highlight is the predesign drawings. After we reach an agreement, I offer you two design alternatives that you can choose from. If you have already decided which design you want, I will explore more detail about it and give you three revisions if you change your mind.
